At this time, merging patients within our portal is not allowed within our software.  As many records need to be "updated" safely, this feature is only available to our technical support team.

For the fastest response, please send your request to merge patients to support@virtualvision.health , which goes directly to our technical support team.

You can use our support portal https://support.virtualvision.health/ to create and manage your tickets.

The same support team handles both channels of communication.
